Q: What is a WallCHAMPS "Knockout"?
A: A "Knockout" is a life-sized cutout of a subject edited from a digital image. They are printed with UV ink on a durable, 6mil self-adhesive vinyl using a high resolution, wide-format reproduction process. A Knockout:
- Can be mounted on any clean, smooth interior surface.
- Will not harm paint or wallpaper and does not leave a sticky residue.
- Can be repositioned numerous times.
- Stores easily on its protective backing material.
- Is scratch and water resistant
- Can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not use soap or cleaning solvents.
Q: What are the minimum resolution requirements for a digital image?
A: We need a minimum resolution of 2048x1536. This resolution is available on any camera with a megapixel rating of 3 or more. Be sure to set your image capture settings to "FINE", DO NOT ZOOM, and get as close to the subject as possible.

Q: Will WallCHAMPS edit the image I submit?
A: Possibly. The first step is to determine if your picture has adequate resolution and can be enlarged with good results. (SEE TABLE ABOVE) Then, our graphic designer reviews the image to decide if it needs to be edited to enhance the color, lighting or contrast prior to the printing process to ensure we produce the best possible image for your WallCHAMPS product. We’re sorry, but some photos simply cannot be enhanced due to the quality of the image. However, we guarantee your complete satisfaction and will not print your order until you have approved the final proof via email.
Q: What file formats do you accept for graphic images?
A: WallCHAMPS accepts any of the following file formats: jpg .eps .pdf .tiff .svg .psd
Q. Can WallCHAMPS help me develop a logo or design?
A. Of course. Our artists are available to collaborate with you to bring your vision and concepts to life. This service is not included in the pricing displayed for each product and we charge an additional $50.00 per hour for graphic design work.
Q. Can I scan an old photo and make a Knockout or PoSTAR from it?
A. Yes, you can. Scanned images require a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at 8"x10".
Q: Will my WallCHAMPS design look just like it does on my computer screen?
A: Maybe better. Computer screens and printer resolutions are different. Computers use PPI (pixels per inch) to display text or images while printers use DPI (dots per inch) to print. We attempt to optimize the graphic quality of every image through our systems before printing to enhance color, lighting, tone and contrast. Characteristics of the material we print your order on can also affect the quality of an image and it may differ in appearance from what appeared on your computer.
Q: What payment options are available?
A: WallCHAMPS accepts personal and business checks as well as the following forms of payment through AUTHORIZE.net:

Q: Can I purchase multiple items with the same imprint on one order?
A: Yes. Simply enter the quantity of each item you wish to order during the order process.
Q: Can I purchase prints of several different images on the same order?
A: Sorry, but we ask that you submit your orders for each image separately to avoid any confusion during the production process.
Q: Do you allow changes to an order?
A: Yes. We ask that you contact us at 404-643-7595 within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change or cancel your order.
Q: Do I get to see a proof of my artwork before printing?
A. Yes. We want you to be 100% pleased with your order and will contact you by email to obtain your approval of the edited final proof. For all Knockouts, we will not print your order until we have received your OK of the image. If you want to approve the artwork for a PoSTAR or Loco Logo prior to printing, please let us know in the “Special Instructions” section of the order form and we will contact you via email to get your final approval.
Q: How secure is your order process?
A: Please be assured that WallCHAMPS checkout process is virtually “bulletproof”. Unlike some online shopping carts where you place an order and then must go though an entirely different site to pay for it, at WallCHAMPS the payment system for your credit card information is connected to your order form via AUTHORIZE.net.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Please feel free to call us anytime at 404-643-7595 during our normal business hours Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Or, you can email us at info@wallchamps.com if you have any questions or concerns pertaining to your order.
Q: How will you send my order to me?
A: Every WallCHAMPS order is packaged in a 3” diameter heavyweight tube to protect it during shipment. This tube, along with the protective backing of your Knockout, should be saved to allow you to easily store the product if it ever needs to be moved.
Q: What method do you use for shipment?
A: WallCHAMPS uses FedEx Ground for all orders shipped within the U.S. and Canada. Every shipment is insured and receives its own tracking number. For shipping to other countries, please email us at info@wallchamps.com with your request and we will calculate the charges to ship your order via FedEx International.
Q: How long does it take for delivery?
A: For shipments in the U.S. and Canada, please allow 2 weeks from the date we receive final approval to print, handle and ship your order via FedEx Ground. After your order has been processed and shipped, you can obtain the FedEx Ground tracking number from us and then, track your shipment online at fedex.com.
Q: What are your business hours?

Q: What is your return policy?

If for any reason, within 30 days of taking delivery, you are not happy with our products or service, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Yes, but only on orders shipped to an address in the state of Georgia.
Q: Can I “Special Order” a Knockout, PoSTAR or Loco Logo that would be a different size than your standard products? Do you offer discounted pricing on large orders of the same image?
